Hi Steve, no, no one has told me to stop shooting or sharing, it was just that the referenced article implied that unless its good then we should. I shoot for fun and although a lot of what I produce isn't that great I am always striving for images with more meaning or purpose. Thank you for your comment and your work looks great.

I curious if anyone said not to share your images or to stop shooting what you enjoy. Get out there and have fun. I believe this is about how people define Street Photography. You can and should define it for yourself. ... as will I. However bare in mind there will be differences in how we see, qualify and judge what we capture and view. Read the comments left on Michaels article. One person said SP is undergoing an evolution... where I see a de-evolution. I just wish people would capture something worth a click or a view.... something with a strand of meaning or purpose but otherwise to each his or her own. Have fun if it makes you happy.

I absolutely agree with all what you wrote , Martin. I also know that I'm not as good as I'd like to be, but I love people and I love street photography, and if I don't do it for some time I really miss it , and why I share my work? For me it's a way to communicate with the world, to show and to tell what I managed to see and feel !
